Inspiration
Fragrance 1: Joy is a tribute to the early Sunday mornings of my childhood in a Chinese-American home. My father would fill the house with the timeless voice of Teresa Teng, especially her iconic song "Ye Lai Xiang," which means "Night-Blooming Jasmine." This melody, woven into the fabric of my upbringing, became the heartbeat of this fragrance. "Ye Lai Xiang" also translates to Tuberose, and it was through this dual meaning that I found inspiration to marry the delicate sensuality of Jasmine with the lush, creamy beauty of Tuberose. Together, these notes capture the essence of joy, nostalgia, and those peaceful mornings filled with music and family.
