At Biology Fragrance, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer the following return and exchange policy:

• You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your product.
• A $5 processing fee will be deducted from your refund for returns.
• We will email you a prepaid return label to make the process easy.

Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, we’re here to make it right. We gladly accept returns or exchanges for defective items. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your product to arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost.

To prolong scent, do not rub fragrance into skin as this breaks down the fragrance.
Apply onto hair and fabrics/accessories for additional scent enhancement.

Apply generously and as often as desired. Take us wherever you go and reapply like lip balm.
