INSPIRATION

Otherworldly was born from a deeply personal experience of feeling like an outsider. When my family immigrated to this country, our green cards were stamped with the word "ALIEN," a label that always perplexed me. I wanted to channel that sense of otherness into a fragrance, imagining what a verdant, extraterrestrial landscape might smell like. Balsam fir forms the foundation with its rich, resinous notes, while the floral brightness of geranium and the spicy warmth of black pepper add layers of complexity—an olfactory journey to a world beyond, where the familiar becomes foreign and the alien feels human.
